So who is Mr. Eddy? Mr Eddy is Royston's long suffering dad, a man who just doesn't know when to stop and has been a rock to both Royston and Vikki (and all the grandchildren) when things haven't quite gone to plan. He will be seen quite often around the campsite (although more likely heard singing and whistling as he goes about his day).
In a previous life, when Royston was just a wee lad, Eddy used to work on sales vans, selling to various restaurants & takeaways, and he became known by the owners as "Mr Eddy", so when we decided to open a takeaway on site, what else were we going to call it!
Without Mr Eddy, I doubt we would have got as far as we have - in fact I know we wouldn't have got as far as we have!
